Nothing to file. When withdrawing from a public high school, submit the school's withdrawal to non-accredited nonpublic school form. The state's online enrollment is voluntary.

Indiana homeschool requirements
- Who can teach
- Any parent. No diploma or certificate required.
- Days and hours
- The same number of days as the local public schools, usually 180.
- Subjects
- Instruction equivalent to public schools, in English. No mandatory list.
- Testing
- No testing or evaluation required.
- Records
- Attendance records, produced on request of the state or district superintendent.
