Who can teach
Any parent. No diploma or certificate required.
Days and hours
The same number of days as the local public schools, usually 180.
Subjects
Instruction equivalent to public schools, in English. No mandatory list.
Testing
No testing or evaluation required.
Records
Attendance records, produced on request of the state or district superintendent.
