Missouri homeschool requirements

Who can teach
Any parent. No diploma or certificate required.
Days and hours
1,000 hours a term, of which 600 are in the core subjects and 400 of those at the regular homeschool location. Hour and record rules end at 16.
Subjects
Reading, math, social studies, language arts and science (the 600 core hours).
Testing
No testing or evaluation required.
Records
For each child under 16: a plan book or daily log of subjects and activities, samples of work, and academic evaluations. Only the prosecuting attorney may review them.
