Instructors must be competent. The state does not judge this for parents.
Days and hours
Substantially the same as public schools, about 186 days.
Subjects
No required subjects. The state recommends the usual subjects and a high school pattern of 4 English, 3 history and government, 3 science, 3 math, 1 PE, 1 fine arts and 6 electives.
Testing
No testing or evaluation required.
Records
No records required. Keep complete records for transfers and college.
