How to homeschool in Delaware

Register your homeschool once in the Delaware Department of Education's nonpublic school system (EdAccess sign-in). Then file two reports a year: enrollment, due September 30, and end-of-year attendance, due July 31. A homeschool that misses the enrollment window is closed.
