Notify the Public Education Department (online or by mail) within 30 days of starting, then every year by August 1. Tell PED when a student moves or enrolls elsewhere.

- High school diploma or GED.
- Days and hours
- The same number of days as the local district, about 180.
- Subjects
- Reading, language arts, mathematics, social studies and science.
- Testing
- No testing or evaluation required.
