Claimed on your state taxes. Pay by card, keep your receipt from Settings, and attach it when you claim the credit with the Oklahoma Tax Commission, which decides what qualifies.
Before you count on it
The homeschool credit is for students who were not enrolled in a public or private school that year, and it does not count devices or internet service. Check the Tax Commission's rules before you claim.
