How it works in Florida

    Start your free trial, add your students and pay by card.

    Yearly or monthly, whichever suits your family.

    Download your receipt from Settings, Subscription.

    It shows the purchase date, the amount paid, the payment method and each student's share.

    Log in to EMA and go to Reimbursements, then New.

    First time only: add how you want to be paid under Edit Profile, Manage (ACH, check or PayPal).

  4. 4

    Select your student and upload the receipt.

    Continue to item selection, confirm the name and amount, then Submit for Approval.

  5. 5

    Step Up reviews it and pays you back.

    Allow up to 60 days. Submit 2026-27 purchases by July 31, 2027.

  • Our legal name and full business address
  • Your name, address and email
  • Each student, with their grade and share of the price
  • The exact dates your plan covers
  • An itemized description in the programs' own terms
  • The total, how it was paid, and a number to quote
