How to homeschool in Nevada
File a one-time notice of intent with the local superintendent before starting. If you withdraw from public school, file within 10 days. If you move to Nevada, file within 30 days. The notice gives the child's name, age and gender, your name and address, a signed statement that you take responsibility for the education, and an educational plan for the required subjects. Keep the district's acknowledgment. File again within 30 days of a name or address change.
