How to homeschool in Arkansas
File a written notice of intent with your resident superintendent by August 15 each year. If you withdraw a child after that date, file five school days before. The notice lists each child's name, date of birth, gender, grade and last school, your address and phone, a statement that you take responsibility for the education, and your signature.
